Free beta service

FormFold is an experimental service that may change, impose processing limits, become unavailable, or discontinue features without notice. The current service supports a limited number of digital PDF forms per bundle.

Your documents and authority

You retain your rights in your forms and answers. You must have permission to use and process every document you provide, and you are responsible for reviewing completed documents before relying on, signing, or submitting them.

Permitted use

You may use FormFold for lawful personal or business document preparation. You may not use it to violate another person’s rights, bypass service limits, interfere with the service, distribute malware, automate abusive traffic, or process unlawful content.

No professional advice

FormFold organizes and copies information into documents. It does not provide legal, tax, financial, real-estate, employment, or other professional advice, and it does not determine whether a form is correct or sufficient for your situation.

FormFold materials

Hornor Technology retains rights in the FormFold software, branding, website, and documentation. These terms do not transfer ownership of those materials.

Disclaimers

FormFold is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, Hornor Technology disclaims warranties including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Hornor Technology will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, opportunities, or business arising from use of the free beta. Any direct liability relating to the free beta is limited to the amount you paid to use it.
